George was a very popular, well liked History teacher at Jefferson High School for 35 years. George loved sports and was an usher for the Nuggets, Rockies, Broncos, and Avalanche. He was also a timekeeper at Trail Blazer Stadium for their high school football games. In addition, George delivered The Denver Post and Rocky Mountain News to the community of Lakewood for many years. George's favorite past-times were watching movies, golf, college football & basketball, and listening to classical music. George leaves behind his best friend and companion of more than 25 years, Beverly Silver, as well as numerous friends. George will be deeply missed. May he rest in peace.
